Artist Bio: Mickey has always lived near the water; fishing, sailing, or just hanging on the beach. Being from Savannah, originally, and now living here in Charleston, SC Mickey can not help but have salt water in his veins.
Mickey's low-country life is represented through the coastal and beach themes in his work. Mickey's hope is to document and share the beauty of coastal life through his art.
Mickey has worked with the Artist Guild of Daniel Island and the Mount Pleasant Artist Guild. Each year Mickey donates works to the Shem Creek Fisheries Fundraiser to support our local fisherman.
Mickey hopes to not only depict but help his surrounding community in any way he can.
